A video to the song Je cherche apres Titine sung by Charlie Chaplin from the film Modern Times. 16mm film footage was shot on Palast street in Berlin, where a social housing complex called Pallasseum (errected in 1973) spans it over. Pallasseum, once a prime example of modern living, had over time turned to a deprived area towards end of 20th century, yet many social measures have been since undertaken in order to improve the living conditions and the environment.
